Lucas's team walks your property, ideally near dusk, measures your rooflines, and maps which gables, dormers, and trim lines the system should trace. You get one written price covering everything: hardware, install, programming, and warranty.
Step 2 · usually one day
Professional Installation
The crew mounts a low-profile channel under your soffit and trim, color-matched to your home, and wires it discreetly to a controller. This is soffit and fascia work, exactly what a construction company does best. Most homes are done in a single day, cleaned up before dinner.
Step 3 · before we leave
App Setup & First Scenes
We connect the system to your home Wi-Fi, install the control app on your phone, and build your first scenes with you, an everyday warm white, a holiday set, and a vacation/security schedule.
Where It Lives
Tucked under the trim. Gone by daylight.
The system mounts in a slim channel on the underside of your soffit and trim, color-matched to the house. From the street in daylight, there's nothing to see, at night, the whole roofline glows.
Soffit and fascia are literally Lucas Construction's day job. Your lighting is fastened correctly to the structure, no improvised brackets, no damaged trim, no voided warranties.
